Due to the nature of tobacco products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except under the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged during transit, or

  • An incorrect product was delivered

Replacement Requests

If you are eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Photo evidence of the issue is required to process your request.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within 3–5 business days.
